Regional Health Survey. Looking for on reserve Big Grassy members who would take the time to full out a survey. Looking for 6 children 0-11 yrs, 6 youth 12-17 yrs, 6 adult 18-54 yrs, 6 Adult 55+. Survey takes 30-60 minutes to complete. participants receive $50 gift card (eg walmart) when the survey is complete.
